Its-Mine.net provides an item tracking service using NFC/RFID technology. Users can register items and receive notifications when those items are scanned by others.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Keeping your contact information up to date
4. Subscription and Billing
Our Service operates on a subscription basis:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, your items will remain in the system but tracking notifications will cease
5. User Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of item descriptions and information
- Any photos or content you upload
- Complying with all applicable laws
- Not using the Service for illegal purposes
6. Public Information Disclaimer
Important: Any information you provide about your items (description, photos, contact information, reward amounts) will be publicly visible to anyone who scans the item's NFC tag or QR code. Do not include sensitive personal information.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
8. Limitation of Liability
Its-Mine.net is a tracking and notification service. We are not responsible for:
- The recovery of lost items
- Actions of finders or third parties
- Disputes between users and finders
- Loss, theft, or damage to items
- Accuracy of location data or scan information
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Service
- Error-free operation
- That notifications will always be delivered
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Its-Mine.net and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State/Country where Its-Mine.net operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
